Service Description

Distance reiki works by meeting your energy field exactly as it is, offering focused support for stress, overwhelm, and periods of transition. Sessions are intuitively guided and ideal if you prefer to rest at home, have a busy schedule, or want energetic support without travel. Sessions have the same strength and impact as in-person sessions. This session is great for those who want energetic maintenance, stress relief, or a full scale introduction to reiki. How it works: At the scheduled time, we will have a quick phone chat where you tell me what your focus for the session is, and then you get comfortable. I will channel Reiki to you from my location for 45 minutes and then we will have a 15 minute phone call to debrief. What to expect: You will have a feeling of deep relaxation. You might also feel physical sensations throughout your body like heat/cold, tingling, or muscle twitches. You might experience different emotions as things come up in your session. You might have meditative visions. You might feel nothing at all and just fall asleep!
