In Person Reiki- Frequency Co-Working

Step into a peaceful, intentionally relaxing space to help your nervous system unwind. This in-person session at Frequency Co-Working, located at 3249 Quality Drive in Rancho Cordova, CA, offers grounding, gentle energy work that supports deep relaxation and reconnection. Sessions are held in a calming treatment room where everything is designed to help you settle and receive. The session includes a 15 minute consult/debrief in addition to reiki. This session is ideal if you're craving consistency, structure, and a dedicated healing space outside of your home. What to expect: You will have a feeling of deep relaxation. You might also feel physical sensations throughout your body like heat/cold, tingling, or muscle twitches. You might experience different emotions as things come up in your session. You might have meditative visions. You might feel nothing at all and just fall asleep!
